Suggestion – could you make logging in more prominent? For example I remember once mentioning the possibility of a big button at the top of the page saying something like “Log in to access electronic resources”?
At the moment we are still getting numerous user login issues and many students I have helped on the enquiry desk following issues off campus have commented that the Logging into Electronic Resources page is currently very hidden and therefore they are not remembering to log in before going into resources.
I know many of the resources links prompt users to log in, but it may still help ease problems if they long in beforehand.
