We now have access to the pilot version of NewsFilm Online.
It gives us over 3,000 hours of downloadable television news and cinema newsreels, selected from the ITN/Reuters Television archives.
The site is officially launched on the 3rd October.

Several resources which were previously only available on campus, are now available off-campus too – thanks to our new proxy server from EZProxy.
The proxy links are on the Databases A-Z page. Off-campus users will see a University login box when they click on a link. They just need to put in their University login details, and they’ll get through to the service.
On campus users will go straight through.
