Throughout June we have a trial for Oxford Scholarship Online, which gives the full-text of 2,125 Oxford books on a wide variety of subjects (biology, literature, history, economics, business & management, physics, psychology, etc.). Do give OSO a try, and tell us if it could be useful to your school, and merits supporting.

We’ve just got access to a new site called Visit4info. It says it’s “the most popular UK tv advert, video clip and movie trailers site”.
You can watch tv adverts from the past 5 years without the annoying programmes in-between. The clips can be downloaded too – you’ll need to request the downloads from Tom Hicks.
To get access you have to register your university email address; then you are sent a personal password.
All of a-n’s websites will be down from 19.00 BST on Friday 16 May for up to two hours due to essential maintenance as part of major upgrades to their website services.
If you’re a Firefox user who’s been getting blank pages when accessing a-n websites, their research suggests this is caused by a Firefox fault. See www.a-n.co.uk/firefoxfix.htm for advice about resetting Firefox to resolve the problem.
